This is not the most absurd thing that I've ever heard of, but it is close. Just a month ago an Atlanta area real estate agent decided that one of the properties that she showed was nice enough for her and her family to move into. The property had been for sale for quite some time, as most are these days, and wasn't showing much.
Watch this video and don't be too shocked to know that this agent passed the licensing exam, maintains her continuing education requirements, and works (or did until her conviction) with clients! There is nothing in any of the requirements for becoming an agent to prevent stupid decisions. How confident are you that your agent won't make such a mistake?
