As a homeowner who is thinking of selling your property it is required for you to be as informed as you possibly can before listing your home for sale with a realtor. If you close your ears and mind to everything negative about your home or the value that percieve it to be, then you will end up really dissappointed in the future.
Most people have no idea of what their home is worth on the open market. They think that because they have put over $2500 per year on average that the price should be what they have in the home plus some. Wrong.
The price of your home can only be justified by a ready, willing, and able buyer. As a homeowner you should do yourself a favor and get with a professional realtor. They spend their lives studying the different aspects of buying and selling homes, and they are the most qualified to make an hinest opinion of price.
