If you have ever thought of having a brand new home built, now could possibly be the very best time in your life to have it done. Builders in this part of Ohio are starving. There is a glut of building lots available that you can practically steal. Building materials have been amassing in production facilities for the past year thus creating a load of supply and still no great demand.
I am NOT advocating to those of you who are in a position to go find any builder and beat them up. I am saying that if you think you really want to build, and that you're ready, you should contact me. I will do a free, no obligation, buyer's position review with you. This way you will have taken a great first step toward having a home built without putting forth money or a lot of time and frustration.
If you have never completed the process of having a home built (or, God forbid, building one by yourself) then you are in that unfortuneate, but happy position of not knowing what you don't know. An example would be if you wanted to build but only had a set of plans from a book.... if this is you and you think you're ready to go, please be aware that you're not.
Good builders are ready to help you, but they are ALWAYS looking out for themselves (I wouldn't want anyone to work with a builder who wasn't trying to stay in business and make a profit). You need to know what you want in the end; from there we can evaluate what else you need to learn and what might be the best next steps for you to take to get what you want, when you want it.
